About Elevare Learning

Founded in 2025, Elevare Learning harnesses my twenty plus years of business experience to create impactful learning, development and well-being interventions. I focus on bespoke content, aligned with your business culture and I also design organisational well-being strategies which can include accredited Mental Health First Aid training (MHFA) delivered by myself. My commitment to enhancing workplace well-being and development will ensure that your teams thrive and develop the skills they need to help them make their goals and dreams a reality. I ensure Return on Investment and Return on Expectation are maximised and that all my sessions are both fun and educational. I am comfortable working 1-1, with new starters to C-Suite and with any size of group, right up to a full company conference presentation. I worked with Polly for a number of years at the Hollywood Bowl Group. We met when I was selected for the Senior Leadership Development Programme which Polly facilitated. At the time I was a Centre Manager with years of management experience under my belt and I probably thought I knew it all. I can honestly say that the programme which was delivered over an eighteen month period was one of the most life changing programmes I have ever been on. Polly's ability to engage, interact and in my case bring people out of their shell was exceptional. I wholeheartedly believe that Polly helped change not just my working life but my whole life for the better. I have since left the company and I am now operating as a Managing Director. I believe if it wasn't for Polly and the SLDP programme, I wouldn't be in the position I am now or have the skillset to manage how I do it to this day.
